20 Amazon Products You Can Buy to Completely Transform Your Outdoor Space

ARTICLE ORIGINALLY APPEARED IN GOOD HOUSEKEEPING
As we're in the final month of summer, we've partnered up with Good Housekeeping to bring you the best outdoor items you can get from Amazon, so you can make the most of these final summer days...
As the weather gets warmer, you're probably itching to get off your couch and spend as much time as possible outdoors. While it's nice to get away from your home for a while, it's sometimes even nicer to have an oasis in your own backyard to turn to. You definitely don't need to have a large outdoor space in order to transform it into something cozy, comfortable and enjoyable — you just need to have the right decor and setup. Shopping for these items on Amazon makes it easy to get stylish, functional pieces quickly and at an affordable price point.

A great outdoor space requires some comfortable seating, versatile lighting, shade for extra sunny days and some greenery (real or fake). Add in some decor that you like, such as funky planters, a colorful rug or some whimsical string lights, and you've got a space you'll want to return to each day (or night). Here are some of our favorite products you can buy from Amazon to make this a reality.

1. Pacific Cool Bar Side Table

This doubles as a small table and a hidden cooler all in one. You can choose to keep the lid lower when you want to only use it as a table, or you can elevate the lid to show off the hidden cooler underneath (and still use the lid as a tabletop). It's 7.5 gallons and can hold up to 40 cans, and it's made of a water-resistant resin so it can withstand the elements.

2. Folding Wooden Adirondack Lounger Chair

Adirondack chairs are a versatile and comfortable seating option that makes for a nice piece of accent furniture, but can also stand alone. This one is extra convenient since it folds for easier storage. The classic design means it will never go out of style.

3. Pop-Up Gazebo Tent

Add in some sun and bug protection with this pop-up gazebo that can go over a table and chairs set or a couch on your patio. It provides 121 square feet of coverage, and has an air vent on top to keep you cool inside. You can let down the mosquito netting when necessary, or keep it open for a breezier feel.

4. Aloha Indoor/Outdoor Floral Blue Area Rug

Add a nice pop of color to your patio or deck with this multicolored floral outdoor rug (it can also be used indoors). While an outdoor rug isn't a necessity, it gives the space a cozier and more put-together feel, and, as a bonus, protects the deck or stone underneath it.

5. String Lights

String lights are a popular outdoor accent lighting option for a reason: they instantly make any space feel a little bit more magical. These globe string lights are the perfect size and shape, they're easy to set up, and they give off just the right amount of light for when you're hanging outside in the evening or night.

6. 5 Pieces Patio Furniture

Outdoor furniture can get really pricey, but if you don't want to drop a lot of money on something you'll only use for a few months, this set is proof you don't have to. This modern sectional sofa comes with thick, comfortable cushions, as well as a glass top table. You can keep it together to use it as a sofa, or separate it into two chairs.

7. Urban Knit Pouf Ottoman Set

Instantly upgrade your outdoor furniture with this set that comes with two ottomans and a small table. The ottomans double as seating, while the table has hidden storage that holds up to 10 gallons. The pieces are made of durable and weather-resistant resin, and they're functional and nice to look at.

8. Outdoor Round Daybed

Give your space a luxurious feel with this super comfortable daybed that encourages all of the lounging and sunbathing. It has a retractable canopy for shade, and can comfortably hold up to four people at a time. The seats can be left combined or separated, and the cushion is thick and comfortable.

9. XXL 230 Gallon Plastic Deck Storage Container

An easy way to make your outdoor space look nice is to contain the clutter and mess. This large plastic storage container is a great way to do exactly that. Use it to store cushions, blankets, toys and whatever else you don't want laying around. It has a lockable lid and is sturdy and durable.

10. Hanging Rope Swing

For something a little different, opt for this hanging chair, which has a chic and bohemian feel to it. Hang it from a sturdy tree branch or over your patio for plenty of relaxation. The padded cushions keep you from just sinking into it, and pockets on the side keep your items in place.

11. Hanging Solar Mason Jar Lights

These mason jar lights are the cutest way to add a little extra light to your backyard. You can buy poles to stick in the ground and hang these as a way to light up a path, or you can hang from them tree branches or a fence. They're solar powered, so you don't need to worry about plugging them in - just put them in a spot where they'll get plenty of sun.

12. Amish Wagon Planter

This wagon-shaped item is a planter and a piece of decor all in one, and has to be the most adorable way to show off some potted plants or flowers. Fill it with greenery or colored blooms and then place it in your garden.

17. Authentic Mexican Blanket

This fire pit is extra versatile because when not in use as a fire pit, cover the lid, it can be easily converted into a table.
